Fields marked with a star (*) are mandatory. You will receive a confirmation via email after you finished the registration process.
Registrations will be accepted up until one day before the conference (May, 16th). But please keep in mind that for presenters who register after May 8th, receipts and certificates might not be available to be delievered during the conference (will be sent by email, after the conference).
Please be aware that the University of Salzburg will archive your data for organisational reasons for six months.

  • The standard conference fee includes coffee, lunches and conference dinner (Friday).
  • The reduced students’ fee does not include Friday (17th) dinner and lunches (a student identification is required at the registration desk).
  • The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss.
  • Please note that in case of cancellation, failure to attend, late arrival or early departure conference fees will not be refunded.


Your receipt and certificate of attendance will be available to you at the registration desk


Please be aware of the fact that photos and/or videos are made throughout the conference and evening event and may be published for the purpose of documenting the event. These images will be archived and may be published by the University of Salzburg in print media as well as electronic media (website, newsletter, Facebook etc.).
